Where’s Santa? is a free online Christmas game built around one simple challenge: spot the real Santa before the clock runs out. Each round adds more festive characters, more distractions and less time. By the final round, finding the right Santa is considerably harder than it looks.

The rounds get faster and busier. Find Santa before the timer reaches zero, but don’t rush into clicking the wrong festive face.
Some rounds contain Santa lookalikes and other decoys. The sixth round turns that idea up considerably: almost everybody looks like the wrong Santa.

Where’s Santa? starts as a straightforward find Santa game, but the visual search changes from round to round. More icons are packed onto the screen, the available time drops, and Santa lookalikes appear among the elves, snowmen, presents, reindeer and other Christmas symbols. One of the later rounds even adds falling snow to make scanning the board more difficult.
The last round is the main challenge. Instead of looking for Santa among ordinary Christmas icons, you are faced with a screen full of evil Santa lookalikes and only one real Santa. It turns a simple hidden object game into a much more demanding spot the difference challenge.
